For example, what you eagerly want to backup is contacts and messages, so you can hit "Contacts" button on the top corner, and you will see Contacts and SMS categories. Tick those two categories or just those specific contacts and SMS you want to keep, then flick "Backup" button to save them on your computer with just several seconds. Also, if you just want to store videos, you could tap "Videos" button to copy them.
